“I woke up to a leak in my kitchen and went on Thumbtack to find a plumber in my area. H20 plumbing was the first 5 star plumber so I contacted them after reading the awesome reviews. They came out same day!! Our job was very difficult due to it being behind the kitchen cabinets and 70 year old soft copper pipes. After a few hours, they were able to fix the leak. They used a newer material that looks promising. The back door was left open and I thought our cat had gotten out. They kindly stopped what they were doing to help me look for her. I did not expect that. That level of care from someone means a lot to me, especially a company I may hire for the future. Thank you so much for that (she was inside the entire time 😅) The only thing I would say is negative is I did not get an invoice. As soon as I emailed, it was sent over IMMEDIATELY. A price breakdown would have been good but I got what I needed. It was very late when they left my house so I understand it not being sent at that time.”
